Cool, but I don’t get it. Is he saying the “nature of batte” is to restore the land? If so, that would seem to be the opposite of reality.

My reaction is similar to yours but I think, if you look at those landscapes that have been bombed, often nature takes over and grows in the ruins. I think the title is slightly misleading.
